Art of Ceremony is a way of taking art and creativity to a deeper level. It was set up by Claire Lucas, whose experience of working in the Arts for Health arena inspired her to design workshops and support groups that integrate accessible, heartful creative activities with relaxation, movement, time in nature and tuning in to the core of who you are.
