Claire's life-coaching practice has grown organically out of a mixture of Arts for Health, "Virtues Project" principles, and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to provide a form of life coaching which is particularly effective if you want to make positive changes in your life, but are not yet sure which path to take, let alone how to travel along it!
I offer a safe space where you can :
· feel deeply heard & accepted
· peel away “shoulds” and “oughts” , and limiting beliefs and behavioural patterns
· face your fears and share your dreams
· explore your core values, and gather the tools and motivation you need to create a future in tune with who you truly are
I am particularly experienced in coaching women in the perimenopause, but love to work with anyone who is aware that their current challenges hold treasures within them, and are looking for a safe and encouraging companion to help find these treasures!
These life-coaching sessions, held at my retreat room in West Cornwall (or at your home if you are house-bound), are tailored to your needs, using a mixture of heartful communication, Emotional Intelligence exercises, creative activities and time in nature that most suits you.
